Prescription Exercise is essential to ensure the successful rehabilitation of injured tissues and the prevention of future injuries
Following gait analysis and a biomechanical evaluation, we usually recommend a series of exercises which will enhance your recovery. Often exercises will allow you to become easily accustomed to using orthoses.
Exercise, plays an important part in the treatment programme, recruiting and strengthen muscles that are under-performing and gently stretching tight tendons and muscles bringing the lower limb into balance. We can devise exercise regimes for all abilities and ages that creates a bespoke, progressive improvement plan. It is important to maintain the prescribed exercises to achieve the best results.
