Low Level Laser Therapy

Martin was one of the first podiatrists in Dorset to introduce Laser Therapy into podiatric practice

Lower Level Laser Therapy can be used for a whole range of conditions which have been historically difficult to treat. It is can offer a respite to symptoms of gout and acute foot strain, tendonitis, arthritic pain, bursitis and heel pain.

It is an effective verruca treatment especially for young children as unlike painful cryotherapy or microwave treatment it is completely pain-free. It can be used to treat chilblains and on open wounds to speed up healing.

Low-level laser effects are biochemical and work by photo biomodulation of the tissue cells there is no thermal effect and therefore causes no damage to tissue.
